Have you been experiencing challenges in life and found yourself struggling to know how to get through it? Are you having a hard time with difficult emotions, unhelpful thoughts, harmful behaviours or complicated relationships? If you want to make changes, to learn new ways to approach life and relationships, you don’t have to do it all alone. Counselling sessions with me can help you to understand yourself and your situation and how you might have reached this point. I can support you in identifying changes you would like to make and considering the options in front of you. You can find ways to navigate the challenges and move towards a life of freedom and healing.<\/p>\n

Does it feel like an uphill battle to establish and maintain healthy boundaries in your relationships? Are you finding it a challenge to stand up for yourself or ask for what you want or need? Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety or shame, feeling frustrated with yourself or those around you, confused about what has happened to you. Perhaps your relationships are not as you would like them, or you have noticed you’re acting in ways that aren’t true to the person you want to be. You may have been through some really difficult experiences, or just feel like you’ve missed out on something you needed. As your counsellor, I can support you in exploring these things and more, so you can let go of what is holding you back and learn to thrive again.<\/p>\n

Therapy is available in person in Tonbridge, Kent, or throughout the UK online or via telephone. I am a counsellor for adults, young people, children (11+) and couples.
