Supervision has been invaluable for me in my counselling practice and I aim to bring value to supervision for other counsellors.<\/span><\/p>\n

I love to work collaboratively with supervisees, pooling our knowledge, experience, and skills to bring the best service to your clients and to keep you at your best. <\/span><\/p>\n

I was inspired several years ago by a manager who would regularly ask her team \u201cAre we doing it well and are we staying well while doing it?\u201d I think that is really applicable to supervision.<\/span><\/p>\n

My Training and Approach to Supervision<\/span><\/h2>\n

I am a newly qualified supervisor with a Diploma in Counselling Supervision from Waverley Abbey College. I am working on finishing my hours to gain “qualified” status with ACC and NCPS. Prior to this, I have experience as a supervisor for youth mentors. <\/span><\/p>\n

My approach combines Hawkins and Shohet\u2019s Seven-Eyed Model with Page and Wosket\u2019s Cyclical Model. I believe integrating these two models brings a richness to supervision.<\/span><\/p>\n

Supervision sessions take place in person in Tonbridge (TN10) or online throughout the UK.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cost<\/span><\/h2>\n

While I gain my qualifying hours, supervision is \u00a340 per hour (\u00a360 for 90 minutes). Once I have completed my qualifying hours, this will change to \u00a360 per hour (\u00a390 for 90 minutes). I will give at least 2 months’ notice of fee changes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Concessions may be available for counselling students and charities. Please enquire.<\/span><\/p>\n
